1.1 All Products sold by Little Lady Customs are handmade and made-to-order. Due to the custom nature of our work, there may be slight variations in color, texture, and appearance from what is shown in product images. These variations are part of the charm and uniqueness of our handmade items.
1.2 As all of our Products are custom-made, we require specific details for each order. Please ensure that all custom requests are clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
1.3 Little Lady Customs reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update products at any time without prior notice.
2.1 When placing an order with Little Lady Customs, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your shipping address, email, and payment details.
2.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price at the time of your order will be honored.

4.1 Due to the custom nature of our Products, Little Lady Customs has a No Refunds, No Returns, and No Exchanges policy. All sales are final once an order is placed and payment is received.
4.2 If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide clear photos of the damage or defect, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
4.3 Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Once the order is confirmed, production will begin, and cancellations are no longer possible.
5.1 Little Lady Customs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our Products. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific order.
